Kwame Boafo Akuffo – Partner
Kwame worked with the Law Firm of Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. for 18 years. Established in 1979, Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. is one of Ghana's largest Law Firms and has grown into a leading Law Firm. Kwame was educated at Achimota School, the University of Ghana's Faculty of Law, and was admitted to the Ghana School of Law. He holds a Master's degree in Law, specializing in International Finance and Commercial Law, from King's College London.

Audrey is dually qualified. She was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in 2000 and later, to the Ghana Bar by the General Legal Council, Ghana. Audrey has experience in real estate development and is well-versed in company law matters.

Yvonne attended Akosombo International School and holds two first degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana (Faculty of Law). She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
