Kwame worked with the Law Firm of Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. for eighteen (18) years. Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. was established in 1979 and is one of the largest law firms in Ghana and has grown to become one of Ghana’s leading law firms.
At all times material, the firm had a broadly-based practice with a reputation for offering a full range of quality legal services. The firm represented a number of international companies and was instructed on a number of occasions by leading law firms in America and Europe, to act on behalf of international companies and corporations..
Practice
Kwame has extensive experience in commercial litigation and its associated transactions. In addition, he has a very keen interest in Constitutional Law and as such was a member of the very celebrated Election Petition Team that represented His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo, the President of the Republic of Ghana in the Election Petition litigation in 2013.
Education
Kwame was educated at Achimota School, University of Ghana (Faculty of Law) the Ghana School of Law and holds a Masters of Law in International Finance and Commercial Law from King’s College London.
