Admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2009.
Audrey is dually qualified. She was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in 2000 and later, to the Ghana Bar by the General Legal Council, Ghana.
Practice
Audrey has experience in real estate development and is well-versed in company law matters, including drafting commercial agreements, shareholder agreements, conducting due diligence in business transactions, contractual interpretation, advising banks and investment houses on their loan facility portfolios, and general civil disputes.
Education
Audrey attended Achimota School and graduated with a Law degree (LL.B Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton.
After training in London, she qualified as a barrister in 2000 from the Inns of Court Law School, City University. Audrey has since gained extensive experience in secured lending, property finance, commercial property, and company law. She holds a Master's degree in Laws (LL.M) in International Transport and Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University, London. Audrey is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
She joined Kwame Akuffo & Co. Unlimited in 2019.
